DEMS STILL MULLING A CHANGE IN PREZ PRIMARY
The first meeting of the Democratic National Committee's Commission on Presidential Nomination Timing and Scheduling will be held this Saturday in Washington, D.C, Commission Co-Chairs former U.S. Labor Secretary Alexis Herman and North Carolina Congressman David Price announced Tuesday. The 40 member Commission is charged with studying the scheduling of Democratic presidential primaries and caucuses and making recommendations for the 2008 nominating process. Michigan members of the Commission are Senator Carl Levin and DNC Committeewoman Debbie Dingell. The meeting will take place at the Washington Convention Center, Room 204 on 801 Mount Vernon Place, N.W. in Washington, D.C. at 10 a.m.
